Training
Everyone talks about psychological safety. What actually changes behaviour is intellectual safety.
The ability to engage in genuine debate, to be challenged, and to unlearn the societal myths, norms, and biases that sit underneath workplace harassment. That is the root of everything we do in the training room, and it is why our training changes how people behave rather than simply what they know.

Why our training works
Most harassment training asks people to sit quietly and absorb information. Ours asks them to think, to question, and to arrive at understanding for themselves.
That starts with intellectual safety. Before anyone can meaningfully engage with a subject as charged as sexual harassment or discrimination, they need to feel safe enough to explore it honestly, to voice a difficult question, to be wrong, and to change their mind. We create that environment deliberately, and it is where the real work happens. It is the difference between a room that nods along and a room that genuinely shifts.
We build every session around real-life case studies and contextual examples rather than abstract concepts. This is not a stylistic preference. We have evidenced over time that contextual learning produces a 20% higher rate of learning and retention than conceptual learning alone. So while we always cover the legal duties, the whys and the wherefores, we make sure to translate them into scenarios your people actually recognise from their own working lives. That is what makes it stick.
The result is training that people remember, and behaviour that actually changes. It is why delegates so often tell us that not a minute was wasted.

Live delivery, always
We deliver in person and online, but always live. We do not do e-learning, because a pre-recorded module cannot create intellectual safety, cannot facilitate debate, and cannot respond to the room in front of it.
Every course can be tailored to your organisation, your sector, and the specific risks your people face. For our Prevention of Sexual Harassment courses, we use pre- and post-delivery impact assessments. These measure the shift in understanding, tell us where to focus, and feed directly into your sexual harassment risk assessment, closing the loop between training and prevention.

From training to practice: OneSource HR and Scenari
Live training changes understanding. Practice embeds it.
Scenari, our sister business, is a workplace conduct training platform that offers simulated, real-life contextual practice for workplace conduct, including sexual harassment and beyond. Where OneSource HR trains your people live in the room, Scenari lets them rehearse and apply those behaviours through realistic simulation, in a safe environment, as often as they need.
Together they offer something rare: the depth of expert live facilitation, combined with the repetition and reinforcement that genuinely changes behaviour over time.
